Extremely poor connection and very spotty.

Comwave must be the worst service provider ever when i wanted to cancel some of my services due to the impact covid 19 had on my business all i got was cancellation charges and additional charges pertaining to services not in the contract. After being advised by comwave customer service multiple times that no early cancellation fee would apply comwave charged us 400. 4 i contacted comwave customer service about this nsf situation asking them not to penalize me on their end and asking for a refund of the 45 charged by my bank.
I started with a 14 month plan and after a couple of months they increased it to 24 month. I called them and they agreed to go back to 14 month.
